Our Return Policy in short

- Contact Tiny Leads before returning any items.

- You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery.

- The product must be in new and resellable condition.

- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

- Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us at info@tinyleads.co

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Tiny Leads and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

If there is a problem with any of the items that you have received please contact us immediately, time is of the essence as we only have a very narrow window in which to effect returns or make claims.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used, the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Tiny Leads suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel an order by clear statement before the 14 day cancellation period expires: In all cases of a projected return you must notify us by email, telephone, letter or fax.. Email info@tinyleads.co with ‘return’ and your order number in the subject line. In all cases we shall give you a return authorisation number and return instructions.

Tiny Leads shall only be liable to refund (where applicable) up to the amount paid (if any) by the Customer for the goods returned along with outbound postage (if any). Tiny Leads is not liable for any other losses or compensation. Reimbursement will be made by the same means as payment was effected. All reimbursements are in Euros (€).

We may withhold reimbursement until after the returned goods have been received, or positive proof of dispatch is supplied. Reimbursement is normally made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Tiny Leads is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Tiny Leads reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
